Myotherapy is a branch of manual medicine focused on scientific based assessment, treatment and rehabiliation of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
As a competitive athlete herself, Kellie understands the frustration of injuries and their impact on a person's physical, emotional, and mental state. She endeavours to find long term solutions for her clients by 'bullet proofing' their bodies. This enables them to get back to doing their favourite activities and to achieve their goals without pain.
Kellie’s aim is to give hope to all those she sees and to inspire everyone to be the best version of themselves through movement and self-care. Whether this be an athlete, or a person wanting to improve their quality of life, move well and have more body confidence.

Kellie is a mother, wife and competitive athlete with over 16 years’ experience in the fitness and health industry. Kellie's passion for the body and its ability to heal and repair has fuelled her relentless pursuit of knowledge.
Kellie’s personal sporting endeavours have seen her compete across several disciplines over a decade, including powerlifting, CrossFit and strength training. In recent years she has competed in the weightlifting sport of Girevoy in which she holds a current Australian record, having qualified for the world championships for the past three years. Kellie is also a social runner and has cycled for charity from Albany to Perth.
I had struggled with the injury for 8 years and yet was pain free after only 4 months with Kellie’s expert guidance, education and coaching.
